I made a Mayan temple using bedrock and dragon eggs with lava in the End to make the Enderkind remember who killed their god.

Neat.
The idea of the map is that there are 12 cities, each with an ender eye that the player needs to find, but I'm having some small problems building a few. One in particular is a city built in the branches of a giant tree. I can't create a good looking tree for it at all. Got any advice?

A giant pine tree with the first level of leafs about 32 by 32 the trunk of the tree be a 4 by 4 staircase that makes the player have to go onto the leaf level and find a switch to open a metal door to the next flight of stair to the next level. Rinse and repeat until you get the leaf level to be 8 by 8 (every level decreases the size of the leaf level by 4 so it would be 32 by 32, 28 by 28, 24 by 24, 20 by 20, 16 by 16, and 8 by 8. The final switch would be located on the 8 by 8 level to open the last flight of stair to the top of the tree with a ender eye and a set of diamond armor with every enchant as it would be the final eye needed)

Good idea?

It's not a bad idea, but the city is in the branches of a jungle tree, not a pine.
Each city can be divided into a "city," where the player can explore and trade with npcs, and a temple or dungeon where the ender eye is kept. In this case, the tree grew from the eye like a seed, so it is lost within the roots. Also, the wealthy upper class live in the branches, while the poor have mushroom huts in the caves in and around the roots. Finally, perched at the top of the trunk where the final branches separate, is a temple dedicated to the forest. The trunk needs to be wide enough to look like it could actually hold the weight of typical video game sized town
The order in which the player can visit the cities is fairly non liniar, but the city of the forest is one of the first that can be visited after leaving the first city.
